Ways To Pay & Tax Receipts

Q: How much does a transfer cost?
A: Our pricing is fixed and based on your pick-up location and destination. Fixed pricing includes any toll or tunnel fees. Contact us for exact rates.
Q: Can I do a bank transfer, pay by card or by cash?
A: Yes we take all payment methods. You can pay by all the above, bank transfer, by card or by cash
Q: Can you send me a tax receipt?
A; Yes we can send an invoice at the point of payment or send it later. If you forget to ask we can send you historical Tax statements. Please snd a email via the contact form.

Passengers

Q: How many passengers can you take?
A: We have a Ford Everest Sports that takes six passengers. Please note that the third row is suitable for children and teenagers. Fully grown adults can travel in them, but it is recommended for short trips.
Q: Do you provide booster or infant seats?
A: Yes, we do! At the time of booking, please state whether you require a booster, forward-facing, or rear-facing infant seat. They will be stalled before your booking, and it is the parents' responsibility to ensure the child or infant is securely placed into the seat.
Q: With a full vehicle of passengers, or if you require more baggage space, where is the baggage put?
A: If there is not enough space for baggage in the vehicle, a trailer will be hitched to the vehicle to provide plenty of room. Please ensure you inform us when you make the booking.

Q: Do you take medical/hospital shuttle bookings?
A: Yes, we do, we are more than happy to drop you off or pick you up from medical and hospital appointments.
Q: Can I book Luckies for a time sensitive event or meeting?
A: Yes, we have corporate and private clients that use us for time-sensitive appointments across Brisbane. Feel free to contact us.

Weddings & Parties

Q: Do you do weeding or party shuttles?
A: Yes, we do. We will shuttle people between events and from events to home. We can also be booked for the whole event, so that your guests can be delivered to their destination safely. Please note that we reserve the right to reject or ask passengers to find another mode of transport if they are perceived to be over-intoxicated for riding in one of our shuttle services.
