Welcome to Luckies Airport & City Shuttle Services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Policy- All bookings must be made in advance via phone, email, text, or our online platform (if available).- A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.- It is your responsibility to provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, including flight numbers for airport bookings.
2. Guaranteed BookingOnce a booking is confirmed by Luckies Airport & City Shuttle Services, it is guaranteed. This means:- No last-minute cancellations from our side- On-time pickup as scheduled- Real-time flight tracking to ensure we’re there when you land- Direct contact with your driver if required- We take this commitment seriously and strive to deliver on-time, every time.
3. Limitations to Guaranteed BookingWhile we pride ourselves on reliability, there are rare situations in which a Guaranteed Booking may not be fulfilled. These include:- Driver illness or medical emergency- Vehicle breakdown or mechanical failure- Severe weather events or natural disasters (e.g. floods, bushfires)- Road closures, major traffic incidents, or other uncontrollable traffic disruptions- Acts of God or force majeure (e.g. pandemics, earthquakes, government restrictions)In such cases, we will:- Notify you as soon as possible- Attempt to arrange an alternative transport solution where feasible- Fully refund any prepaid amount if service cannot be delivered
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy- Cancellations are free up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.- Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a 50% charge.- No-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the fare.
5. Flight Tracking & Delays- We actively track incoming flights using publicly available data.- Delayed flights are accommodated at no additional charge.- For cancelled or rerouted flights, please notify us to avoid no-show charges.
6. Passenger Responsibilities- Be ready at the agreed pickup time.- No smoking in the vehicle.- Any damage or excessive mess caused by a passenger may result in cleaning or repair fees.
7. Child Safety Seats- Notify us in advance if a child or booster seat is required.- Passengers are responsible for ensuring compliance with Queensland child restraint laws.
8. Luggage- Each passenger may bring up to two standard-size bags.- Please advise in advance if you have large or excess luggage.- We are not liable for lost or damaged luggage unless due to proven negligence.
9. Service Limitations- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting in a disruptive, abusive, or unlawful manner.- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or emergency conditions are not grounds for liability, though we will always do our best to communicate and adapt.
10. Pricing & Payment- All prices are quoted in AUD and will include GST.- Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or cards.- Prices may change, but confirmed bookings are not affected.
11. Privacy- We collect only essential booking information.- Your personal details are kept private and will not be shared or sold.
